Premier Exterior Care LLC, which also does business as "Mr. Squeegee" ("we," "us"), provides exterior cleaning and property services in Iowa. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

- Service details: the work we schedule and perform, photos of the work, notes, estimates, invoices and payment records.
- Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Website information: when you use our quote form, a cookie on this site remembers how you found us (for example, an ad you clicked) for 30 days, so we know which of our advertising works.
How we use it
- To schedule, perform and follow up on your service.
- To send estimates, invoices and receipts, and to process payments.

- To keep business, tax and payment records as required by law.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you agree to receive text messages, we send messages about your service: appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival notices, invoices and payment receipts, and service plan updates. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with the service providers that deliver our messages, only to deliver them.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run our business, such as our scheduling and customer management software, payment processing and message delivery, and only as needed to provide our services. We also share it when required by law.
Retention
We keep customer records while you are a customer and as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes, then delete them.
